Our Beliefs
We affirm the Holy Scriptures as God's living and breathing word. Divinely Inspired with authorial intent. Infallible and inerrant. Absolutely authoritative and sufficient.
"All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work." - 2 Timothy 3:16-17
Thus, our Lord's Day Gathering is word-centered in all aspects from praying, to singing, to preaching, to observing the ordinances.
As a local body, we ascribe and adhere confessionally to the BFM 2000.
The 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith is also an extremely helpful historic Baptist confession.
Historic creeds, i.e. The Apostle's Creed, The Athanasian Creed, and The Nicene Creed are great aids to orthodoxy.
